For Damaged or Defective Item(s)
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Center within 3 days of receipt.
Please note that the deadlines are based on KST (Korean Standard Time).
We can assist you to get refund or reshipment of your original ordered item.
Your order will be handled under following procedure:
①You will be asked to send photos of the damaged or defective item through e-mail.
②Damaged or defective item will be returned back to store after the confirmation of damaged or defect.
③It will be refunded in reward point or the payment method you used for the order or reshipped upon approval of return from item inspection team.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges and return due to change of mind.
